Had to do some research for a client to rummage for interesting London facts so I thought I'd share them here too.

London was the world's most populated  city from 1811 to 1957 when it was superseded by Tokyo. London was the first city to reach a population of a million. 

8.3 million people call London home. 15% of the UK's population and 22% of it's GDP.

650 billion will be invested in property and infrastructure in the net fifteen years.

60% of the workforce is employed is the Knowledge Economy sector.
